Krystal Dreisbach is a licensed marriage and family therapist, international author, and parenting expert. Her specialties include trauma, depression, anxiety, and parenting. She is the author of several books, including the much anticipated book, The Art of Parenting: How to Parent from Infancy to Adulthood.
Ms. Dreisbach completed her graduate training at Loma Linda University School of Behavioral Health where she earned her master's of science in Marital & Family Therapy. Additionally, she has completed several, post-graduate trainings in Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Managing and Adapting Practices (MAP), Trauma Resiliency Model (TRM), and Child and Adolescents Needs and Strengths assessment (CANS).
Ms. Dreisbach resides in the greater Los Angeles area, where she owns a private practice, providing mental health services and clinical supervision. She is also the founder of The Wholistic Family Blog. She is a member of the California Association for Marriage and Family Therapist, and a former member of the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapists.
