Bio

I am a licensed Marriage & Family Therapist in California with over 7 years of experience working in the field as a Clinician and as a Clinical Supervisor. My experience is vast, including clients from various religions, socio-economic backgrounds, and a variety of problems and concerns. My specialties include helping individuals with depression, parenting problems, self-esteem & confidence building needs, as well as in helping others to become energized and motivated with their lives. I also have extensive training and experience in trauma therapies and interventions.

My counseling style is warm, empathetic, and engaging. I believe in treating anyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. Furthermore, I truly believe that all people have the capacity to change, grow, and become the best version of themselves. My approach combines narrative, experiential, and client-centered counseling styles. This combination means that I believe you have a unique story to tell, and I will be focused on providing you with services that is just as unique, tailoring treatment to your needs and goals.

It takes great courage to seek a more fulfilling and happier life, and taking those first steps towards a change can be daunting and overwhelming at first. If you are ready to take that very first step, then I am here to help guide, support, and empower you on your way to success.

I look forward to working with you!
